I went for a week to get the feel of the atmosphere and when I say, a winner, I mean that! So, when you are new in the area and looking for a gym to call home look up American Fitness Gym. The atmosphere made me feel welcomed... American Fitness gym has all walks of life as members (diversity), great programs, equipment, and best of all, a personable owner and staff. I feel right at home... American Fitness Gym is the way to go!

I have been going to workout at American Fitness for a very long time. I really enjoy it. Jay Patel and his staff are wonderful people. The place is real clean and relaxing. Jay keeps up with the place. He even has a smoothie section for you to get your protein. If you are looking for a good place to workout....I recommen American Fitness it's one of my favorites. I love this place it's not expensive you will find so much motivation walking through the door every one is so sweet friendly and helpful it's clean and they did some new remodeling the kids daycare is awsome n I have met soooo many beautiful strong moms who I enjoy working out with and my favorite Zumba instructor teaches classes and they're amazing and packed that just lets u know they are worth going for

I’ve been to many gyms over the years and this is by far the best. Very welcoming, have everything you could want or need with plenty of room. They are open 24/7 M-F and have a great child care. This is a great place where you don’t feel self conscious and can choose the less busy times to work out. The staff are friendly and the facility is very well kept. I would recommend to anyone.

After my husband and I tried all the gyms in the New Braunfels area we chose to go back to American Fitness. The first day we went, we walked in, and said: ”yep, this feels like home.” There is a unique atmosphere here! Affordable, friendly staff and it has everything we could possibly need!
