I went for a week to get the feel of the atmosphere and when I say, a winner, I mean that! So, when you are new in the area and looking for a gym to call home look up American Fitness Gym. The atmosphere made me feel welcomed... American Fitness gym has all walks of life as members (diversity), great programs, equipment, and best of all, a personable owner and staff. I feel right at home... American Fitness Gym is the way to go!
I have been going to workout at American Fitness for a very long time. I really enjoy it. Jay Patel and his staff are wonderful people. The place is real clean and relaxing. Jay keeps up with the place. He even has a smoothie section for you to get your protein. If you are looking for a good place to workout....I recommen American Fitness it's one of my favorites. I love this place it's not expensive you will find so much motivation walking through the door every one is so sweet friendly and helpful it's clean and I have met soooo many beautiful strong moms
