Disclaimer
American Fitness wants to support independent personal trainers and help create an environment where both the trainer and the gym can grow their businesses. We expect all trainers to treat our members, employees, and facility with respect and to operate in a way that supports—not conflicts with—American Fitness programs and operations.
American Fitness reserves the right to refuse service, deny access, suspend training privileges, or terminate this agreement at any time if a trainer fails to follow gym rules, does not meet payment or insurance requirements, creates safety concerns, or behaves in a way that negatively affects the gym, its members, employees, reputation, or business.
Trainers must treat all gym members, guests, employees, and management with respect. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, intimidation, arguments with staff or members, inappropriate conduct, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable may result in immediate suspension or termination of training privileges.
Independent trainers may not compete with, interfere with, copy, or conflict with American Fitness programs, services, classes, promotions, training programs, or business opportunities. Trainers may not use the gym to recruit members away from American Fitness services, promote competing gym programs, run unapproved classes or group training, or offer services that create a conflict of interest with the gym.
Any potential conflict of interest must be discussed with management before moving forward. American Fitness has the final decision on whether a trainer’s activities, promotions, services, or outside business create a conflict with the gym.
